About the Nutrient Analysis Lab

As a research facility within the University of Kentucky’s Department of Plant and Soil Sciences, we offer a wide variety of nutrient testing on water, soils, and plant material in order to support departmental research.

The facility consists of a laboratory equipped with fume hoods, reagents, glassware, balances, pipettes, ovens and other general laboratory equipment for general use. It also contains a number of analytical instruments that are available for general departmental use.
